Exclusive: Discovery Sends "Snow Men" to Friday Nights

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- Another TLC series is heading to Discovery.
A network spokesperson has confirmed "Snow Men," originally announced as part of TLC's summer lineup back in May, will now premiere Friday, October 29 at 10:00/9:00c on Discovery.
The hour-long series tracks the men and women who fight to re-open dangerous roads after extreme weather shuts them down.
"Snow Men" takes over the Friday, 10:00/9:00c hour from "Beyond Survival with Les Stroud" and will keep said time period warm for "Gold Rush: Alaska," which bows Friday, December 3.
