History, WE tv, truTV & More to Close Year With Originals
By The Futon Critic Staff (TFC)

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- Cable isn't finished with 2010 just yet. Here's a breakdown of the latest premiere date news, broken down by network:

-- History's domestic take on "Top Gear" will make its much-ballyhooed premiere Sunday, November 21 at 10:00/9:00c following "IRT: Deadliest Roads." Also on tap is "Brad Meltzer's Decoded," in which the best-selling author tackles everything from the missing White House cornerstone to the location of the lost Confederate Treasury, on Thursday, December 2 at 10:00/9:00c.

-- Investigation Discovery takes an inside look at the drug war in "Cops & Coyotes," premiering Friday, November 5 at 9:00/8:00c. Said hour follows Maricopa County's SWAT and Human Smuggling Units as well as the U.S. Border Patrol as they combat drug mules along the Arizona/Mexico border.

-- truTV will revisit the world's biggest biker bar when second two of "Full Throttle Saloon" bows on Wednesday, November 17 at 10:00/9:00c. Also returning to the lineup next month: "It Only Hurts When I Laugh," featuring "a treasure trove of hysterical videos," on Thursday, November 11 at 10:00/9:00c.

-- After a two month delay, season four of "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" is set to launch on Wednesday, December 1. That weekend, "Brandy & Ray J: A Family Business" is expected to return on Sunday, December 5 following the network's "VH1 Divas Salute The Troops" special.

-- WE tv will bring back Troy Dunn's "The Locator" for a fifth season on Saturday, November 6 at 10:00/9:00c following previously announced newcomer "Downsized." Later that month, new entry "Jilted?" bows Sunday, November 21 at 10:00/9:00c. The series tracks whether brides-to-be ultimately get hitched or "jilted" after giving their boyfriends a marriage ultimatum at the start of each episode. And finally, look for "WE Investigate" - a repackaging of "critically-acclaimed CBS specials that offer outstanding investigative reporting" - to premiere Wednesday, November 24 at 10:00/9:00c.
