Guy's Big Bite

Guy Fieri frequently has friends visit, but this holiday season he welcomes an extra special guest to lend a hand in the kitchen: actor Matthew McConaughey! The two begin the one-hour primetime special with roasted Malibu Oysters and a bubbly Ting Cocktail. For the main course, they make an Herb-Rubbed Pork Roast with Pesto Veggies served alongside a fresh Farro Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette. To top off the meal in style, Matthew stirs up his favorite margarita.

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives
Premieres Saturday, December 18th at 9pm
Guy searches for all kinds of sandwiches starting at a tiny spot in Minneapolis known for their meatloaf sandwich. Then, he visits a pub putting their unique spin on a Reuben with homemade sauerkraut in Spokane, Wash., and Triple-D fans show Guy their favorite hot dog joint in North Wildwood, N.J.

In 2006, Guy Fieri premiered his first show, Guy's Big Bite on Food Network after winning season two of The Next Food Network Star. Today, this "Culinary Rock Star" hosts two additional top-rated shows on the network: Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and Ultimate Recipe Showdown. This year, he also made his debut as a game show host on the new NBC primetime series, Minute To Win It. Guy has released two New York Times best-selling books based on the establishments and people he's met on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and will release his first cookbook in May 2011.
