'Guy's Big Bite' Goes A-List With Guest Star Matthew McConaughey in Primetime Special

Ride Shotgun With Guy for All-New 'Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives' and 21 Best-Of Episodes

NEW YORK - November 16, 2010 - Food Network viewers can join Guy Fieri as he heads home for the holidays with a week's worth of special primetime programming beginning Monday, December 13th including two all-new and 21 highest-rated episodes of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives - one of Food Network's highest-rated primetime series - and a one-hour primetime special of Guy's Big Bite featuring actor Matthew McConaughey on Saturday, December 18th at 8pm. And, to end each night with a primetime viewer favorite, Food Network airs Chopped at 10pm.

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives
Premieres Monday, December 13th at 9pm
Guy hunts for the Triple-D take on chicken starting in Belmar, N.J., at a Mexican joint specializing in homemade adobo sauce. Then, Guy visits a sports bar known for roasted garlic chicken pizza in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and he stops by a Jamaican cafeteria serving authentic mango chutney chicken in Nashville, Tenn.

Guy's Big Bite
Premieres Saturday, December 18th at 8pm
Guy Fieri frequently has friends visit, but this holiday season he welcomes an extra special guest to lend a hand in the kitchen: actor Matthew McConaughey! The two begin the one-hour primetime special with roasted Malibu Oysters and a bubbly Ting Cocktail. For the main course, they make an Herb-Rubbed Pork Roast with Pesto Veggies served alongside a fresh Farro Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette. To top off the meal in style, Matthew stirs up his favorite margarita.

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives
Premieres Saturday, December 18th at 9pm
Guy searches for all kinds of sandwiches starting at a tiny spot in Minneapolis known for their meatloaf sandwich. Then, he visits a pub putting their unique spin on a Reuben with homemade sauerkraut in Spokane, Wash., and Triple-D fans show Guy their favorite hot dog joint in North Wildwood, N.J.
