The USO Presents "VH1 Divas Salute The Troops" To Air On Sunday, December 5 At 9:00 PM ET/PT

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Nov. 30, 2010 -- Featuring a wide range of incredibly talented artists, "VH1 Divas Salute The Troops" is gearing up to be a memorable night full of all-star musical performances. This year, Katy Perry, Sugarland, Keri Hilson, Nicki Minaj and Grace Potter & The Nocturnals will come together to honor our nation's service men and women with a special concert event at the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar in San Diego, CA. Also a part of the incredible lineup, Paramore will perform overseas for troops stationed in the Middle East. Comedian Kathy Griffin will serve as Host for the evening. The USO Presents "VH1 Divas Salute The Troops" concert event will be televised on Sunday, December 5 at 9:00 PM ET/PT on VH1 and internationally courtesy of the Armed Forces Network.

Special guests and performers for the show include Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart who are set to perform with Grace Potter & The Nocturnals and comedian Jeffrey Ross. Brandy, super-model Marisa Miller along with Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino from "Jersey Shore" will join the show as presenters.

The USO Presents "VH1 Divas Salute The Troops" will be an event unlike anything seen before featuring a night of unforgettable performances from various performers, presenters and special guests as well as commentary from troops stationed on the front lines and "exclusive" USO tour footage shot overseas. This year's show is a female-fronted superstar spectacle that is fun, irreverent and will also include a "few good men."
