"WHITE COLLAR" AND "COVERT AFFAIRS" RETURN TO USA THIS SUMMER WITH ALL-NEW EPISODES ON TUESDAY, JUNE 7

Production Starts on East Coast This Week

NEW YORK, NEW YORK - March 17, 2011 - Start of production this week for two of USA's hit series, WHITE COLLAR and COVERT AFFAIRS, as the network gears up for new seasons of two of the hottest shows on television. Premiering on TUESDAY, JUNE 7 at 9/8c and 10/9c, respectively, WHITE COLLAR will launch season three and COVERT AFFAIRS, season two.

COVERT AFFAIRS was the #1 new series on cable last summer among P18-49 and the year's top scripted fare Tuesday nights among all key demos. This year, WHITE COLLAR is the top drama on cable to date in P18-49 and the top Tuesday night drama among all key demos. On Tuesdays at 10pm, USA delivered more P25-54, total viewers and households than any network on cable head to head, and outperformed ABC and CBS among P18-34.

Last year's newest and hottest show, COVERT AFFAIRS stars Golden Globe-nominated Piper Perabo as Annie Walker, a young CIA operative whose exceptional linguistic skills make her invaluable to the Agency in missions that span the globe. While quickly becoming a seasoned field operative, Annie's career continues to intrude on her personal life, and she strives to for the perfect balance of "normal" with her high-octane adventures as a covert operative. The series also stars Christopher Gorham, Sendhil Ramamurthy, Kari Matchett, Anne Dudek and Peter Gallagher, who, having guest starred last season as CIA director Arthur Campbell, joins the cast as a series regular. From Universal Cable Productions, COVERT AFFAIRS is executive produced by Doug Liman and David Bartis through Hypnotic and written and executive produced by Matt Corman and Chris Ord.

One of television's sexiest series, WHITE COLLAR focuses on the most unpredictable of partnerships between a con artist (Matt Bomer) and an FBI agent (Tim DeKay). This thrilling crime drama will return for season three with more intrigue and all new cases. The series also stars Tiffani Thiessen, Willie Garson, Sharif Atkins and Marsha Thomason, and Hilarie Burton ("One Tree Hill"), who guest starred in a sexy arc for several episodes in season two, as Neal Caffrey's (Bomer) love interest, Sarah Ellis, joins the cast as series regular. WHITE COLLAR was created and is executive produced by Jeff Eastin and comes from Fox Television Studios. Mark Goffman is executive producer and Jeff King serves as co-executive producer. The show is shot entirely in and around New York City.
