ABC FAMILY WELCOMES BACK "THE SECRET LIFE OF THE AMERICAN TEENAGER" WITH LAUNCH OF NEW ONLINE VIDEO PLAYER

ABC Family's Total Access Player Creates an Enhanced Full Episode Fan Experience Online for ABCFamily.com

Burbank, CA (March 29, 2011) - In conjunction with the launch of the new season of the ABC Family original series, "The Secret Life of the American Teenager," ABCFamily.com has unveiled ABC Family's Total Access Player -- an online video player allowing fans to watch current episodes of the series in an environment that gives immediate access to show content such as sneak peeks, behind the scenes, interviews, bios, blogs and photo galleries. Beginning today, fans of the ABC Family's hit series can visit The Secret Life of the American Teenager Total Access Player to access the new player.

Episodes available in the new Total Access player will also continue be available during their online viewing window in the site's existing, award-winning full episode player, which was developed by ABC's digital team. Additionally, several episodes of "Pretty Little Liars" can also be viewed through the new Total Access player, with new enhanced episodes continuing to roll out between now and the next season's premiere this June.

When clicking on additional content links with the episode, the new Total Access player minimizes to the corner and displays the web page, providing a completely immersive experience without any interruption of the episode being viewed. Users can also access real time Twitter feeds of discussions around the show while watching the episode.

New episodes of "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" air on ABC Family on Mondays (8:00 - 9:00 PM ET/PT).
