Directly following will be a special one hour episode of "Fashion Police: Royal Wedding" at 10:00pm ET/PT when hosts Joan Rivers, Kelly Osbourne, Giuliana Rancic and George Kotsiopoulos dish on Kate's wedding gown choice and the international style frenzy this wedding created.
