LOS ANGELES (April 14, 2011) - TV Guide Network continues to celebrate William and Kate's royal wedding with the exclusive U.S. premiere of Britain's Channel 4 original special, "Meet the Middletons," on Saturday, April 23 at 7:00 p.m. PT/ET. In addition, Kathy Griffin assembles a panel of fellow snarkologists, including British author Jackie Collins, for her post-wedding special "Kathy Griffin's Insightful and Hilarious Take on the Royal Wedding" premiering on Friday, April 29 at 8:00 p.m. PT/ET.
Meet the Middletons is a revealing special that chronicles the life of soon-to-be princess Kate Middleton by speaking with relatives from her past and gaining access to exclusive archives and photographs. It traces her rise from the small town where she grew up to her spot at the pinnacle of society.
Kathy Griffin's Insightful and Hilarious Take on the Royal Wedding joins Kathy and her recruited fellow snarkologists best-selling steamy romance novelist Jackie Collins, Randy and Jason Sklar, twin brothers and comedians, and producer/writer Jack Gray, as she rifts on the pomp and circumstance and ridiculous formality of the royal wedding. It begs for someone to take it down a few pegs and that's where Kathy Griffin comes in.
