Jason Sudeikis Hosts the 20th Annual "2011 MTV Movie Awards" LIVE on Sunday, June 5 at 9pm ET/8pm CT

NEW YORK, NY (May 3, 2011) - The votes are in and movie fans have decided the final "2011 MTV Movie Awards" nominees. This year's ceremony will be a dead heat as the blockbusters "Inception" and "The Social Network" give fan favorite film franchises "The Twilight Saga" and "Harry Potter" some serious competition that could make the night anyone's to win. Winner voting for the "2011 MTV Movie Awards" in 12 returning and all-new categories begins today, Tuesday, May 3 at 12pm ET/9am PT at MovieAwards.MTV.com and closes Saturday, June 4. The BEST MOVIE category will remain an ongoing battle throughout the LIVE show. As previously announced, Jason Sudeikis will host the 20th annual "2011 MTV Movie Awards" LIVE on Sunday, June 5th at 9pm ET/8pm CT from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California.

The "2011 MTV Movie Awards" is the only awards show where "Black Swan" Academy Award(R) winner Natalie Portman and "Jackass 3D" star Steve-O will compete against each other, James Franco, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ellen Page and Bieber-fever to see who takes home the popcorn for BEST JAW-DROPPING MOMENT. Meanwhile, newcomer Jesse Eisenberg will try to tackle Movie Award vets Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Daniel Radcliffe and Zac Efron for BEST MALE PERFORMANCE. In the brand-new category BEST LINE FROM A MOVIE, "The Social Network" takes on "Inception," "Grown Ups" and "Easy A" not once, but twice on the heels of the flick's two nods for this year's most memorable dialogue. And while Zack Galifianakis walked away with a golden popcorn statue last year in BEST COMEDIC PERFORMANCE, this go-round lone female nominee Emma Stone's hilarious performance in "Easy A" will attempt to tickle the funny bones of voters over infamous comedic actors Adam Sandler, Ashton Kutcher, Russell Brand and Zach Galifianakis.

Leading the cinematic fray as this year's top-nominated films are "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse", the hit action thriller "Inception", the magical phenomenon "Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows: Part 1", and critically-acclaimed "The Social Network". These four BEST MOVIE nominees will not only face-off against each other - but go up against the dark psycho-drama "Black Swan."

Nominees for the "2011 MTV Movie Awards" have the following to say about their nominations:

"That crazy bitch is the best thing that ever happened to me." - Leighton Meester, nominated in the BEST VILLAIN category for "The Roommate"

"Thank you to everyone at MTV. This movie is about my life and the lives of my team. We did it hoping to inspire people and are grateful to the response. Even haters liked it. Never Say Never!" - Justin Bieber, nominated in the BEST JAW-DROPPING MOMENT category for "Never Say Never"

"Being nominated in this category for my work with poo really means something. I'm not sure what, but I'm very grateful." - Steve-O, nominated in the BEST JAW-DROPPING MOMENT category for "Jackass 3D"
