ITV Studios America Signs Spencer Stander to Executive Producer Overall Deal

Sherman Oaks, Calif., May 5, 2011 - ITV Studios America has signed an overall Executive Producer deal with Spencer Stander, it was announced today by Paul Buccieri, President and CEO of ITV Studios America. The deal with Stander and his company, Stander Productions, INC is a part of ITV America's continued growth strategy.

"Spencer's diverse background and experience of working on many content platforms was the driving force behind this deal," Buccieri commented. "His ability to develop content on a variety of levels is very appealing."

Stander Productions, INC. is a production and post production company located in Los Angeles, CA servicing the entertainment industry since 1996. Originally it was formed as a music composing company and quickly turned into a concept to completion company for feature films, television shows, video games trailers, and online content.

Stander commented, "ITV Studios America is the most innovative production company in the US and the opportunity to be apart of this dynamic team led by Paul is tremendously exciting."

Spencer is an Executive Producer on the upcoming Billy Bob Thornton feature film "The Smell of Success" and also "Stay Cool" with Hillary Duff, Winona Ryder, Chevy Chase and Jon Cryer.

Stander currently produces a top rated show for HDNet "Art Mann Presents." He was a creative force behind award-winning promotional campaigns for hit television shows as "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," "Smallville," "Supernatural" and "Charmed" and from network to cable channels he has won multiple awards for his work on prestigious network image and branding campaigns.
