Billboard also named Beyoncé Woman of the Year in October 2009 and Top Female Artist of the Decade in December 2009.

Beyoncé is currently finishing her fourth solo studio album, due for release later this year. The lead single, "Run the World (Girls)," debuted on radio worldwide on April 21, 2011.
