HGTV Dream Home 2012 Located Near Park City, Utah

NEW YORK, June 3, 2011 -- A new, fully-furnished modern western ranch house near Park City, Utah, home of the Sundance Film Festival, awaits the winner of the 2012 HGTV Dream Home Giveaway. The giveaway will open for entries on December 30, 2011. Located at the Rockworth Companies' River Meadows Ranch, the 16th annual HGTV Dream Home is nestled on the banks of the Provo River with easy access to Wasatch State Park.
