TLC to Air the Wedding of Nick Lachey & Vanessa Minnillo

TLC, home to the most popular wedding programming on TV, today announced that it is partnering with celebrity couple Nick Lachey & Vanessa Minnillo to air "Nick & Vanessa's Dream Wedding" (working title) - an all-new special that will share their wedding planning and ceremony. It will air within weeks of the event - an airdate will be announced later.

From their joint wedding shower to shopping for the perfect dress, viewers are invited to follow along with the couple and their friends as they celebrate their impeding wedding. The special will culminate with VIP access to their ceremony, the details of which are being kept private to preserve a special, romantic day for them and their families.

"We're lucky to have such passionate and loving fans, and we thought partnering with TLC on this special would be the best way to share the exciting journey we're on with all the people that support us and our relationship," said Nick and Vanessa.

"From big events to ongoing series, TLC is the destination for the best wedding coverage on television. Nick and Vanessa are today's 'it' couple and the excitement for their wedding keeps building. We know their fans will love sharing in their celebration," said Amy Winter, GM, TLC.

The special will join TLC's popular line-up of wedding-themed series such as SAY YES TO THE DRESS and its spin-offs SAY YES TO THE DRESS: ATLANTA and the new SAY YES TO THE DRESS: BRIDESMAIDS, and FOUR WEDDINGS. The network recently aired a week-long programming event celebrating the marriage of Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, and also aired the 2-hour wedding special NIECY NASH'S WEDDING BASH.

High Noon Entertainment is producing the special for TLC.
