USA NETWORK REUNITES WITH TOYOTA FOR HIT ORIGINAL SERIES "ROYAL PAINS" WITH SERIES STAR JILL FLINT

Collaborative Partnership Highlights Prius Family of Vehicles in Third Season Premiere on Wednesday, June 29 at 9/8c

NEW YORK - July 27, 2011 - USA Network has teamed once again with Toyota as the exclusive presenting sponsor of the premiere episode of USA's hit series ROYAL PAINS when it returned with all new episodes on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 9/8c. The partnership includes in-show integration, custom vignettes and online association with USA's popular Royal Rewards affinity program.

"We are thrilled to continue the Toyota partnership with ROYAL PAINS this season," said Alexandra Shapiro, senior vice president, brand marketing and digital, USA. "With the stylish and hip Hamptons as the backdrop, Toyota can be assured that its Prius family of vehicles is reaching the right audience in the perfect programming environment."

"Our ongoing partnership with ROYAL PAINS provides a great platform to familiarize viewers with the Prius family," said Kim Kyaw, senior media strategist for Toyota. "The integration is very organic and showcases Toyota's wider range of vehicles that maintain Prius' core values of technology, sustainability, high fuel economy and low emissions."

Toyota will continue to bring the Hamptons to the viewers at home through two custom vignettes featuring Jill Flint (who plays 'Jill Casey' on the show) as herself. The vignettes will air throughout the season and will follow Jill in the larger, more versatile Prius v as she tours unique locations in the Hamptons. From an Art Institute to a Cattle Ranch, pristine beaches to a farmer's market, viewers will discover hidden gems that appeal to an active lifestyle. These are designed to thematically reinforce the idea that there is "something for everyone," just like there is a Prius for everyone within the Prius family of vehicles.

Additionally, Toyota will be featured on royalpains.usanetwork.com in a Toyota-branded page including four Character Check-Up video quizzes comprised of over 50 clips from the past two seasons of Royal Pains. Fans who interact with the quizzes will be rewarded with redeemable points in the Royal Rewards affinity program. They can redeem their points for virtual and tangible goods.

ROYAL PAINS was USA's #1 show in 2010 in P25-54 (3.5 million), P18-49 (3.1 million), total viewers (7.33 million) and households (5.16 million).

In ROYAL PAINS, Mark Feuerstein stars as Dr. Hank Lawson, the go to "doctor for hire" for all of the Hamptons. The series also stars Paulo Costanzo, Reshma Shetty and Jill Flint. ROYAL PAINS is written and executive produced by Andrew Lenchewski and Michael Rauch. Rich Frank also serves as executive producer along with Paul Frank and Jeff Kwatinetz from Prospect Park. The series comes from Universal Cable Productions. ROYAL PAINS films entirely in New York (Long Island and Brooklyn) and at locations around the Hamptons.
