Season Eight Welcomes Lars Ulrich, Sammy Hagar and more

NEW YORK, NY - August 10, 2011 - "That Metal Show" returns to VH1 Classic for season eight with an iconic line up of guests Saturday, August 20 at 11 PM ET/PT. Members from some of the greatest metal bands in history including Metallica, Black Sabbath and Slipknot grace the "That Metal Show" stage giving viewers an exclusive look into their life, music and careers.

VH1 Classic's "That Metal Show" is back and ready to rock with an all-star lineup of iconic metal guests to make for an incomparable eighth season. Members of the biggest metal bands in history, including the pioneer of heavy metal Tony Iommi of Black Sabbath, Lars Ulrich of Metallica, Sammy Hagar and many more will grace the "That Metal Show" stage giving fans an unfiltered hour of pure metal dish and bitch that any metal maniac will truly appreciate. Eddie Trunk, Jim Florentine and Don Jamieson are back to host the only talk show where all things hard rock and heavy metal are discussed, dissected and debated over sixty minutes of mayhem. Season eight of "That Metal Show" will deliver the ever popular "Stump The Trunk" and "TMS TOP 5" segments to your TV every Saturday night at 11 PM, only on VH1 Classic.
