Lingerie Football League and MTV2 Return to the Gridiron with a New Season of "LFL Presents: Friday Night Football on MTV2" to Premiere Friday, August 26th Live at 10pm ET
The 2011 season will feature a total of 20 regular season games that will air live every Friday night on MTV2 over the course of the season.

(LAS VEGAS, NV. - AUGUST 24, 2011) Lingerie Football League, LLC and MTV2 today announced the return of "LFL Presents: Friday Night Football on MTV2," kicking-off Friday, August 26th at 10pmET. The 2011 season of "LFL Presents: Friday Night Football" will feature a total of 20 regular season games that will air LIVE every Friday night on MTV2 over the course of the season.

The first match-up brings viewers to the city that is most regarded as the birthplace of football - Green Bay, Wisconsin - for a battle between the Green Bay Chill and arch-nemesis Minnesota Valkyrie. LFL Football features some of country's most athletic and attractive women, truly 'Gridiron Goddesses' playing 7-on-7 full-contact tackle football.

This season alongside watching the LIVE games on MTV2, viewers will also be able to play fantasy football at www.LFLFantasy.com powered by the LFL's official fantasy football partner Fantazzle.com. LFL Fantasy Football is free to register and offers great weekly prizes ranging from official game balls to autographed game uniforms.

Las Vegas' leading odds maker Jay Rood of MGM Resorts International will also be releasing weekly betting lines available across all MGM properties. This week, the betting line is Green Bay Chill -2.5pt with a 40.5pt. Over / under.

In its first season on MTV2, "LFL Presents: Friday Night Football" improved its time period (Fri/11pm-11:30pm) with all key MTV2 demographics, including a +13% increase among M12-34. At the time LFL was MTV2's most-watched original series launch ever with M12-34 and highest rated since 2006 with P12-34 and M12-34.
