"New Year's Rockin' Eve: The 40th Anniversary Party" will be hosted from Times Square by Jenny McCarthy and from Los Angeles by Fergie this SATURDAY, DECEMBER 31 (8:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network, kicking off ABC's night of New Year's celebrations.
