New York, N.Y - January 13, 2011- Titan Books presents the first in a series of tie-in books meant to accompany the STARZ international smash TV series, "Spartacus." The classic tale of the Republic's most infamous rebel comes alive in the graphic and visceral new series SPARTACUS: SWORDS AND ASHES [Titan Books, January 2012].

The eagerly awaited new season of the Spartacus franchise, "Spartacus: Vengeance," premieres on STARZ January 27, 2012.

J.M. CLEMENTS is the author of over thirty books, including Pirate King, Marco Polo and A Brief History of the Vikings. He has also written a dozen audio books and radio plays, including Robin Hood: The Deer Hunters, Highlander: The Secret of the Sword and Doctor Who: The Destroyer of Delights.
