"LIVE! with Kelly" will broadcast live on location from the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center(R), the very stage on which the Academy Awards will have wrapped up just hours before. Kelly Ripa will get the low-down on the festivities from winners, presenters and a special fashion panel. They'll recap Oscar's legendary red carpet and showcase the fabulous gowns, shoes and jewelry of the ceremony's A-List attendees.

In addition, "LIVE" is offering a special opportunity for viewers to have their own VIP Hollywood experience. The show has partnered with Slim-Fast for "LIVE's Hollywood Red Carpet Getaway," awarding three lucky winners the chance to join "LIVE" in Hollywood for Oscar weekend.
