Icon, philanthropist, Oscar nominee and Emmy(R) Award winner Oprah Winfrey will guest on "Jimmy Kimmel Live: After the Academy Awards" Oscar Sunday, February 26. One of the most influential individuals in the world, Winfrey will join Kimmel for the very first time on Hollywood's biggest night of the year. Winfrey, who will also appear at the 84th Academy Awards on Oscar Sunday, is the recipient of the Academy's Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award for her inspiring philanthropic efforts which have brought credit to the industry.

This year marks the seventh consecutive Oscar special for Kimmel and will be bigger than ever before, with appearances by such notables as Meryl Streep, George Clooney, Tom Hanks, Martin Scorsese, Helen Mirren, Charlize Theron, Don Cheadle, John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, Samuel L. Jackson, Cameron Diaz and many more.

Eight-time Academy Awards host Billy Crystal will join Kimmel to kick off his post-Oscar show, and Grammy winning Coldplay will end the night with a Hollywood block party performance on "JKL's" outdoor stage before thousands who will be in attendance to honor movies' biggest night.

As part of Kimmel's previous post-Oscar events, the late-night host has welcomed such esteemed guests as Tom Cruise, Ben Affleck, Robert Downey Jr. and Matt Damon, as well as former Academy Awards hosts Jon Stewart and Ellen DeGeneres.

Academy Awards for outstanding film achievements of 2011 will be presented on Sunday, February 26, at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center(R), and televised live by the ABC Television Network. The Oscar presentation also will be televised live in more than 225 countries worldwide.
