MICHAEL ROSENBERG PROMOTED TO EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, U.S. SCRIPTED TELEVISION FOR ENTERTAINMENT ONE

ROSENBERG TO OVERSEE SCRIPTED TELEVISION ACROSS ALL GENRES

LOS ANGELES, CA - April 24, 2012 - Michael Rosenberg, Senior Vice President of Original Scripted Series Programming since 2009, has been promoted to Executive Vice President of U.S. Scripted Television, it was announced today by John Morayniss, CEO, Entertainment One Television.

In his new position, Rosenberg will oversee the Development and Current Programming teams along with Production on the Company's television side.

"Michael is an extremely talented creative executive with a great eye for material," said John Morayniss. "He has played a critical role in the development of our current slate of projects and has been instrumental in attracting much of the company's high-profile relationships such as Dmitry Lipkin and Collette Burson (HUNG) and John Grisham (THE FIRM)."

"My goal is to focus on seeking out high-quality projects and ideas that really resonate with US audiences," said Rosenberg. "Together with the strong Development team of Jen Chambers and Adam Blumberg and the Current Department led by Larry Gilbert, we'll work to expand our relationships with key creative talent to develop and produce innovative television for the US as well as eOne's global partners."

Rosenberg will also work closely with eOne's Senior Vice President, Filmed Entertainment, Benedict Carver to identify and develop strategic opportunities and partnerships in the U.S. for eOne Television.

Rosenberg is currently spearheading an extremely robust development slate including the recently announced original one-hour series EVOLUTION with veteran, award-winning writer/producer Steven Bochco; UPSTATE, the drama series with Philip Seymour Hoffman and writers Brett C. Leonard & Bob Glaudini for HBO; and the psychological thriller series with Paul WS Anderson, Jeremy Bolt and Adam D'Alba, THE REEL.

In addition, Rosenberg will also oversee the return of the highly-rated series, HELL ON WHEELS on AMC, CALL ME FITZ starring Jason Priestley on DirecTV, season 3 of HAVEN on Syfy and the upcoming drama series SAVING HOPE for NBC, amongst others. He will continue to be based in eOne's Los Angeles office and report to Morayniss.
