CEELO GREEN TO PERFORM "FIGHT TO WIN" AT THE "2012 BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS"

Inspiring Performance Will Feature Dancer Jean Sok from Cirque du Soleil's Touring Production, "Michael Jackson THE IMMORTAL World Tour"

Genre bending singer-songwriter CeeLo Green will be joined on stage by Jean Sok (aka Bboy Hourth), an innovative, inspiring one-legged dancer in a powerful, moving live performance of "Fight to Win" at the "2012 Billboard Music Awards," hosted by Julie Bowen and Ty Burrell, which airs live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on SUNDAY, MAY 20 (8:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

CeeLo and Jean Sok join previously announced musical acts Jordin Sparks, John Legend, Kelly Clarkson, Linkin Park, Nelly Furtado, Usher, Carrie Underwood, Justin Bieber, LMFAO and The Wanted. Presenters at the live event include Whoopi Goldberg, Swizz Beatz, Charlie Sheen, Jason Derülo, Zooey Deschanel and Kris Kristofferson, Lisa Marie Presley, Wiz Khalifa, Luke Bryan, Robin Thicke, Brandy, Monica, Miley Cyrus, Taio Cruz, Gavin DeGraw, Gladys Knight, Julianne Hough, Natasha Bedingfield and Jeremy Sisto.

Dancer Jean Sok, originally from France, is currently touring with the critically-acclaimed Cirque du Soleil production, "Michael Jackson THE IMMORTAL World Tour." Featuring 60 international performers, this once-in-a-lifetime electrifying production combines Michael Jackson music and choreography with Cirque du Soleil creativity to create a riveting fusion of visuals, dance, music and fantasy. "THE IMMORTAL World Tour" is currently touring North America through summer, and then will perform across Europe, starting at London's O2 Arena in October 2012.

Finalists for the "2012 Billboard Music Awards" are based on key fan interactions with music, including album, single and digital sales, airplay, touring, streaming and social interactions on MySpace, Facebook and many of the other most popular online destinations for music. The awards will be based on the reporting period of February 28, 2011 through March 1, 2012.

"The 2012 Billboard Music Awards" is co-executive produced by Richard D. Beckman, CEO Prometheus Global Media and Don Mischer Productions. The special will be shot in high definition and broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HD format, with 5.1 channel surround sound. This program carries a TV14,D,L,S parental guideline.
