IFC's New Comedies "Bunk" and "Comedy Bang! Bang!" - Special Online Sneak Peek

IFC is giving viewers the chance to get a sneak peek of each of their new comedy series Bunk and Comedy Bang! Bang! beginning this Thursday, May 24 on IFC.com, Hulu and iTunes. Both series premiere back-to-back Friday, June 8 at 10pm on IFC.

On Comedy Bang! Bang!, Amy Poehler (Parks & Recreation) joins host Scott Aukerman as the two discuss topics ranging from her SNL past to her current feud with Mad Magazine. You can check out a clip from the episode at http://www.ifc.com/comedy-bang-bang/videos/comedy-bang-bang-amy-poehler-on-topical-humor.

On the comedy game show Bunk, host Kurt Braunohler challenges his comedian competitors with nonsensical games such as "Spur of the Moment," where contestants must use photos (held by jockeys) to come up with the most creative names for race horses. You can view a clip of contestants Eugene Mirman, Thomas Lennon and Kumail Najiani playing "Spur of the Moment" at http://www.ifc.com/bunk/videos/bunk-name-that-horse.

IFC also released today the second installment of the Comedy Bang! Bang! companion web series "Reggie Makes Music" featuring Will Forte (SNL). http://www.ifc.com/comedy-bang-bang/videos/reggie-makes-music-will-forte.

About Comedy Bang! Bang!

Hosted by Scott Aukerman, (co-creator/director/producer, Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifiankis) and musical cohort Reggie Watts (Conan), Comedy Bang! Bang! packs character cameos, sketches, and nonstop comedic absurdity with some of the biggest names in Hollywood including Zach Galifianakis (The Hangover), Seth Rogen (50/50), Elizabeth Banks (The Hunger Games) and Jon Hamm (Mad Men).

About Bunk

Bunk, hosted by the always barefoot Kurt Braunohler, is an exciting new breed of "comedy game show" in which a trio of comedians compete in a series of bizarre challenges to win outlandish and surreal prizes. Each week, contestants are armed with nothing more than their wits and fertile imaginations as they complete offbeat games and challenges to win a myriad of "non-charitable causes" such as the ability to travel back in time, having a priest supply an alibi, and trading lives with a baby.
