STYLE MEDIA RENEWS "BIG RICH TEXAS" AND EXPANDS FRANCHISE TO INCLUDE "BIG RICH GEORGIA"

NEW SERIES "BETSEY + LULU" TO PREMIERE IN FIRST QUARTER 2013

Network's Most Watched Series "Giuliana & Bill" and "Tia & Tamera" Return with New Episodes in October

LOS ANGELES - July 25, 2012 - Coming off its fifth consecutive best quarter ever, Style Media announced today the renewal of its hit series, "Big Rich Texas," for a third season while expanding the franchise to include new series "Big Rich Georgia." Additionally, from the Emmy(R) award-winning producers Magical Elves ("Top Chef" and "Fashion Star") comes Style's new series "Betsey + Lulu," starring fashion icon Betsey Johnson and her daughter Lulu, which begins filming in August and will premiere in first quarter 2013. The network also will premiere new episodes of two of its most watched series ever - "Giuliana & Bill" and "Tia & Tamera" - in October.

Returning for a third season, "Big Rich Texas" will pick up where the drama left off with several new mother/daughter teams to stir the pot and attempt to take over as the new queens of Dallas society. "Big Rich Texas" will return on Sunday, October 7 at 8pm ET/PT on Style. The latest installment of the franchise, "Big Rich Georgia" enters the exclusive world of Buckhead Country Club, where outrageously wealthy mothers and daughters do whatever it takes to stay on top of the social scene and in control of the action. It's hot, it's humid, and it's full of drama. "Big Rich Georgia" will premiere in first quarter 2013.

New episodes of "Giuliana & Bill" will return on Tuesday, October 2 at 8pm ET/PT and will follow the couple as they prepare for the arrival of their baby boy and learn to balance life as parents with work commitments. As busy as ever, the two will embark on filming a new dating series, "Ready for Love" on NBC, while Giuliana will launch her long awaited HSN clothing line and Bill oversees the remodel of their new family home in Los Angeles. The fifth season of "Giuliana & Bill" has been the most watched season ever across all key demos, up +18% among Total Viewers and +10% among W18-49, season-over-season.

The second half of season two of "Tia & Tamera" returns with 10 new episodes on Monday, October 22 at 8pm ET/PT. While her sister may have written a book about being pregnant, Tamera is determined to carve her own path during her pregnancy, often making very different and divisive decisions. With acting gigs, travel plans and business opportunities placed in front of her, Tamera vows not to let the pregnancy slow her down. For Tia, the threat of losing her long-standing role on her television series forces her to turn to other career opportunities, giving her the chance to spread her wings in business with an eye on her image and brand. The second season of "Tia & Tamera" continues to resonate with Style's young female viewers, making it a top 10 cable program in its time slot for W18-49.
