Odom began her career as a television star and has helped build the incredible Kardashian family brand on E!, while Lopez started in entertainment as a young actor and has appeared in TV, film and Broadway, and currently hosts the entertainment news magazine show, "Extra."

Odom and Lopez will first appear as hosts during the LIVE broadcasts of THE X FACTOR beginning this November.

"The worst kept secret in Hollywood is out," said Simon Cowell. "Mario and Khloé are our hosts. They will debut on our first live show in November and I couldn't be happier."

"I'm so thrilled to become a part of THE X FACTOR family," said Odom. "I've been a big fan of the show and look forward to working with Simon and all of the judges. It's going to be so much fun!"

"I'm very excited to be joining THE X FACTOR team," said Lopez. "I love the show, and I've been a big fan of Simon Cowell and the judges for a long time. Khloé and I have been friends for years and I know we'll be a great team and have a blast."

Odom and her sisters are co-owners of DASH boutiques, with locations in L.A., Miami, and N.Y. Their Kardashian Khaos store is based in Las Vegas. Other ventures include two fragrances, the Kardashian Kollection line, K-Dash clothing line for QVC and a cosmetics line, among others.

Named as one of Forbes magazine's Top 100 celebrities, Odom has always made an effort to stay connected with her fans. Her KhloeKardashian.celebuzz.com blog gets six million visits a month, and she has more than seven million Twitter followers.
