Burbank, CA (October 22, 2012) - On Tuesday, October 23rd, fans can participate in live chats with Keegan Allen and Janel Parrish, stars of ABC Family's hit drama "Pretty Little Liars." Allen plays Toby, Spencer's beloved, who was recently revealed as being a part of the "A" Team. Parrish plays Mona Vander Wall, Hanna's former best friend and one of the black-hooded tormentors of Aria, Emily, Hanna and Spencer, who has been committed to Radley Sanitarium.
