NASHVILLE - November 2, 2012 - Fans can relive the night's big moments when CMT hosts the cable premiere of the "46th Annual CMA Awards" on Wednesday, November 21 at 9:00 p.m. - 12:00 midnight, ET/PT. The special originally aired live from Nashville on ABC, and was expertly guided by co-hosts Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood.
