Fun for the Whole Family With Television Premiere of The Hunger Games on New Years Day, January 1

New York, NY - November 20, 2012 - Premium network EPIX starts the New Year in a big way with the world television premiere of one of the most celebrated films of 2012, The Hunger Games. The hugely popular movie is great family fun, earning a colossal $686.0 million around the world since its late-March premiere and grossing $408.0 million at the North American box office. It is currently the 3rd largest U.S. film of the year and ranked 13th among the all time highest grossing films.
