CMT OFFERS UP THE ULTIMATE REDNECK RECLINER JUST IN TIME FOR SEASON THREE OF "MY BIG REDNECK VACATION"

The Clampet's Take a Cross-Country Road Trip when MY BIG REDNECK VACATION Returns Saturday, January 26 at 9 p.m., ET/PT on CMT

NASHVILLE - January 9, 2013 - Channel-surfers, couch potatoes and lovers of all-things-redneck will not want to miss a chance to win the ultimate Redneck Recliner just in time for season three of MY BIG REDNECK VACATION, premiering Saturday, January 26 at 9 p.m., ET/PT on CMT. The coveted chair is motorized and includes such features as camo upholstery, a back massager, roll bar speaker system with lights, truck bed, hot girl mud flaps, antlers, a cooler, and remote control holder, among other essentials.

CMT invites fans to name the jacked-up chair in a contest on the series' Facebook page before January 18; then watch for the top 5 finalists and vote for the best name starting January 19. The winner will be revealed on-air during the season premiere on January 26. The contest will be heavily promoted on social media, and is part of the network's larger campaign to promote the new season of MY BIG REDNECK VACATION across digital, TV and radio platforms. The Redneck Recliner and Facebook application were conceptualized and designed in partnership with Carrot Creative.

MY BIG REDNECK VACATION launched in 2012, and quickly earned its place as one of CMT's highest-rated series in network history. America's favorite redneck family is gearing up for a cross-country road trip when the hit show returns Saturday, January 26 at 9 p.m., ET/PT with host Tom Arnold. This time, the Clampet's hit the road RV-style to new places including Miami's South Beach, Washington, D.C., Mount Rushmore in South Dakota, a dude ranch in Colorado, Area 51 in Nevada, a Native American Indian reservation in the Grand Canyon and more. The family explores new cultures and values throughout the 13-episode season, leaving their redneck stamp on each postcard destination along the way.

MY BIG REDNECK VACATION is produced by Pink Sneakers. Kimberly Belcher Cowin, John Ehrhard, Lewis Bogach (CMT) and Jayson Dinsmore (CMT) serve as executive producers.
