"Trisha Goddard" Renewed for Second Season in National Syndication

"TRISHA GODDARD" RENEWED FOR SECOND SEASON IN NATIONAL SYNDICATION

Talk Show Upgraded in Major Markets Across the Country

STAMFORD, CT - January 25, 2013 - NBCUniversal Domestic TV Distribution has renewed "Trisha Goddard" for its second season in national syndication, it was announced today by Barry Wallach, President, NBCUniversal Domestic Television Distribution.

"Trisha Goddard," which has already been renewed in more than 85% of the U.S. for its second season in national syndication, is executive produced by Paul Faulhaber and hosted by popular television personality, Trisha Goddard. Since its debut, the one-hour talk show has been upgraded in major markets including Philadelphia, Boston, Detroit, Phoenix, Las Vegas and more.

"We are so pleased that our station partners have recognized the success of 'Trisha' and have upgraded the show to higher-profile time periods," said NBCU's Wallach. "As we head in to season 2, we expect 'Trisha' to grow and achieve the same success as we have had with our other long-running conflict talk shows."

"Trisha Goddard" has seen the program's viewership increase throughout the season. In the November 2012 sweep Trisha's viewership increased 23% vs. its premiere week. 'Trisha' also improved local household time period ratings this past November in New York (+82%), Chicago (+30%), Philadelphia (+66%), San Francisco (+6%), Boston (+62%), and Washington DC (+44%.)

Each weekday, Trisha helps everyday people and their families navigate through tough issues they are struggling to overcome. Her show covers topics important to viewers everywhere with her signature straight talk, warm heart approach. In each episode, Trisha uses honesty and common sense to teach people how to move forward and push through life's obstacles.

"Trisha Goddard" is distributed in national syndication by NBCUniversal Domestic Television Distribution and produced by Stamford Media Center Productions, the same production team behind several long-running and successful NBCU talk shows including "Maury," "The Jerry Springer Show" and "The Steve Wilkos Show."
