Buddy "CAKE BOSS" Valastro helps struggling family bakeries

TLC today announces the pilot order of BAKERY GO TIME (working title), which will find Buddy Valastro (CAKE BOSS, NEXT GREAT BAKER) bringing his world-famous blend of business skills and baking expertise to help other family-run bakeries that are struggling to find their own sweet success.

Knowing first hand the challenges of running a business - and the complications of doing it with relatives at your side - Buddy will spend an intensive week helping a family in crisis, both personally and professionally, evaluating their every ingredient and technique, and challenging them to make big changes all in an effort to transform their crumbling dream into a dough-making enterprise.

TLC has ordered a one-hour pilot, with High Noon Productions producing. The network is planning a summer premiere.
