Exclusive: Spike TV Books "World's Worst Tenants" Return for Tuesday, March 12

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- Spike TV will kick off the second season of "World's Worst Tenants" on Tuesday, March 12 at 10:00/9:00c.
Back-to-back episodes will fill the hour, taking over for "The Joe Schmo Show," which wraps the week prior.
The half-hour series follows Todd Howard and his team of eviction specialists as they forcibly remove problematic tenants from any of the residential, commercial and retail units in which they manage.
John Stevens and Barry Poznick's Zoo Productions is behind the series, which averaged 948,000 viewers and a 0.4 rating among adults 18-49 during its freshman run.
