Los Angeles, CA - May 20th, 2013 - An Hermés marble fireplace, a two story wine cellar and an indoor spa facility - these are items that most people can only dream of having in their homes, but for some incredibly wealthy homeowners, they are just part of day-to-day life. In this new installment of "A-List Listings" hosted by E!'s Catt Sadler, we go inside some of America's most exclusive and extravagant houses on the market today. Take a look at how the other half lives when "A-List Listings" airs Friday, May 24th at 9:30pm ET/PT only on E!

In this 30-minute special, host Sadler takes viewers into four distinct and famous houses for a sneak peek at what amazing perks money can buy. Actor Dennis Franz gives a personal tour of his Montecito estate that features an elegant bedroom cabana, swimming pool, bocce ball court and a yard full of majestic California Coastal Oak trees, some more than 250 years old. Also actors Kristoffer Winters and Jeremy Renner have flipped over 15 homes together, and Winters shows off the mansion called "The Reserve" which the two just renovated to sell. This 10,000-square foot estate features six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, five fireplaces and multiple fabulous pools and fountains, all for a mere $24.95 million. Sadler takes a journey into a spectacular home known as "The Nest on Nightingale," situated above the Sunset Strip in the famed Hollywood Hills. Anyone with $12.9 million can own this expansive estate which has its own spa facility, a two story theater and an enormous bathroom that includes heated porcelain floors.

Sadler also visits the famous "La Villa Contenta," considered one of the greatest estates in the world, which has been featured in several major motion pictures and hit television shows. This mansion boasts everything from a billiards room and a personal gym to a kitchen highlighted by 18th century reclaimed floors and countless secret gardens including an exotic desert garden and a truly extraordinary rose garden with more than 1,000 roses.
