SHE'S RUNNING IT ALL!

WE tv's NEWEST ORIGINAL SERIES SHINES THE SPOTLIGHT ON FOUR-TIME OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALIST SANYA RICHARDS-ROSS & HER SUPER BOWL CHAMP HUSBAND, AARON ROSS

"Sanya's Glam & Gold" Premieres Thursday, July 25 at 10P ET/PT

NEW YORK, NY - June 12, 2013 - Four-time U.S. Olympic Gold Medalist, track and field superstar Sanya Richards-Ross reveals her fast-paced life and high-profile marriage to NFL star Aaron Ross this summer on WE tv's newest original docu-series, "Sanya's Glam & Gold." Premiering Thursday, July 25th at 10pm ET/PT, Sanya demonstrates that the only time she ever stays in her own lane is on the track.

Sanya and her husband, Aaron, are the ultimate athletic power couple with four Olympic Gold Medals and two Super Bowl Championships between them (Ross recently signed with the New York Giants for the 2013-2014 NFL season). The couple met in college at the University of Texas, married in 2010 and are as competitive with one another as they are madly in love.

Each of the six hour-long episodes of "Sanya's Glam & Gold" follows the unstoppable Richards-Ross as she juggles her professional life as both a competitive athlete and a businesswoman with a busy personal life. Sanya moves at a fast pace, running circles around everyone in her path, including her family. "Team S.R.R" includes Archie, her father and manager; Sharon, mother and agent, and Yolande, cousin, publicist and stylist. This dream team is nearly out of breath as they help Sanya cross the perpetual finish line. Viewers will also have a front seat to the strong and often heated relationship Sanya has with her sister, Shari, who is her partner in The Hair Clinic, a salon they founded in Austin. Sanya's passion for The Hair Clinic is extremely evident as this is her first major business investment and failure is not an option.

"I'm so thrilled to have this opportunity to open up my life and marriage to viewers and to introduce them to my incredibly supportive, and let's be honest, sometimes-crazy family," says Richards-Ross. "I hope that in addition to being entertained by my journey since my victories last summer at the Olympic games, viewers will also identify with the challenges I face - and that all modern women face - to balance work, family, a husband and everything else life throws our way. There's never a dull moment and things can sometimes get out of control, but I wouldn't have it any other way!"

Primarily shot at their home in Austin, Texas, the series also visits Jacksonville, Florida, New York City and Jamaica, where Sanya took team SRR for an Olympic Victory lap and celebration. "Sanya's Glam & Gold" is produced for WE tv by Good Clean Fun with executive producers Jason Carbone (Tia & Tamara, Run's House) and Nick Lee (Run's House, The Bachelorette). Executive Producer for WE tv is Kate Farrell; Senior Vice President of Production & Development for WE tv is Lauren P. Gellert. The series joins WE tv's popular line-up of African American shows including Braxton Family Values, Mary Mary, Tamar & Vince and L.A. Hair.
