NEW YORK, NY - June 26, 2013 -- On Monday, July 8, Newark Mayor CORY BOOKER will make his first appearance on "LIVE with Kelly and Michael." Mayor Booker will chat with hosts Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan about the upcoming charity golf tournament he'll co-host with Strahan to benefit the Newark Mentoring Movement, a program established to expand mentorship to reach 10,000 youths annually in Newark by 2017. He'll also discuss his background, the progress that's been made in Newark during his two terms as mayor, and his recently-announced candidacy for the U.S. Senate.
