New Television Network Targeting Millennials To Be Offered To Customers Through Pivot's Downloadable App

Los Angeles, July 26, 2013 -- Participant Media's new television network Pivot (Pivot.tv) announced that its unique downloadable app -- "Pivot TV" -- will be offered to DIRECTV customers beginning August 1st. DIRECTV is the first affiliate partner to authenticate customers that receive the Pivot TV channel through the app. In addition Pivot will be available in the DIRECTV XTRA package and above on channel 267.

The app will allow DIRECTV customers to view Pivot's entertainment programming on connected devices, giving them the opportunity to stream the new network on computers, tablets and smart phones, anytime and anywhere. In addition to the app, DIRECTV customers can access Pivot TV's on demand content through DIRECTV Everywhere.
