NICKELODEON STARS UNITE IN "SWINDLE," ALL-NEW COMEDY CAPER TV MOVIE, PREMIERING SATURDAY, AUG. 24, AT 8PM (ET/PT)

Ensemble Cast Features Jennette McCurdy, Ariana Grande, Noah Crawford, Chris O'Neal, Ciara Bravo and Noah Munck

Santa Monica, Calif. - August 13, 2013 - Nickelodeon's fan favorites team up for the first time ever in the brand-new original TV movie, Swindle, premiering Saturday, Aug. 24, at 8 p.m. (ET/PT). The 90-minute comedy caper features an ensemble cast: Jennette McCurdy and Ariana Grande from Sam & Cat; Noah Crawford and Chris O'Neal from How to Rock; Ciara Bravo from Big Time Rush; and iCarly's Noah Munck. Swindle is based on the popular children's book by Gordon Korman.

"Swindle is the perfect end-of-summer movie, a fast paced comedy the whole family will enjoy." said Russell Hicks, Nickelodeon's President of Content Development and Production. "Fans will delight in seeing some of their favorite Nickelodeon stars unite for one awesome action-packed adventure."

In Swindle, an evil collector cons Griffin (Crawford) out of a million dollar baseball card that could have saved his best friend's (O'Neal) home, so he unites a ragtag group of his classmates (McCurdy, Grande, Bravo and Munck) to take down the swindler. It's a valiant adventure that will take them through daring heists, crazy disguises and pie fight face-off - but throughout it all, the kids have to bring their skills together as a team to get justice.

Swindle is currently available for pre-order on iTunes, and beginning Aug. 25, the movie will be available for download on Amazon Instant Video, Xbox Video, PlayStation Store, Samsung Media Hub and Vudu. Nick fans can visit Nick.com/Swindle to access photo galleries featuring the all-star cast, behind-the-scenes videos, blogs, quizzes and polls.

The movie will begin airing in 2014 on Nickelodeon's 40+ international channels across Europe, Latin America, Asia and Australia.

Swindle is written by Eric Freiser (Road to Ruin) and Bill Motz (Brandy & Mr. Whiskers) & Bob Roth (Lion King 2). Marjorie Cohn (Big Time Movie, Rags), Lauren Levine (Bridge to Terabithia, Best Player), Karen Glass, Paul Barry and Loris Lunsford serve as executive producers. The movie is directed by Jonathan Judge (Big Time Rush, Fred 3) with Scott McAboy's Pacific Bay Entertainment producing.
