MTV'S "FRIENDZONE" RETURNS TO HELP MORE BFFS REVEAL THEIR TRUE FEELINGS ON-AIR ALL IN THE HOPE FOR LOVE

SEASON FOUR PREMIERES ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9TH AT 6:00 PM ET/PT

New York, NY (September 3, 2013) - MTV's "FriendZone" is back for its fourth season with a 22-episode run premiering on Monday, September 9th at 6:00 PM ET/PT. In each episode, MTV follows pairs of best friends as one friend confesses their true, romantic feelings to the other in hopes of moving their relationship out of the "FriendZone." This season features more emotional twists and revealing surprises than ever when, for the first time on "FriendZone," unsuspecting objects of affection pre-empt their friend's revelation with a bombshell confession of their own. This season also follows as some love-struck friends allow their close circle of friends to share the intimate moment when he or she express their affection for their bestie. Each episode follows two pairs of best friends as the dater in each scenario attempts to reveal their true feelings for their BFF. In order to pull this off without a hitch each hopeless romantic will ask their best friend to be their wingman for an upcoming blind date. The friend thinks that they are helping plan the perfect rendezvous, not knowing that they are actually setting themselves up for a night to remember. Once the pair arrives at the location, the dater will confess his or her secret feelings to their unsuspecting best friend and reveal that the blind date is really for the two of them. Stakes run high as the best friend makes the decision to take the leap of love's faith or break the bad news that they're better off as friends.
