E!'s Giuliana Rancic hosts a panel of experts, including model Coco Rocha, designers Rebecca Minkoff and Stacy Bendet, and NBA star Amar'e Stoudemire as they spill on all the celeb sightings, the hottest trends, the biggest surprises and the best shows of the year from the London Hotel in the brand new special "Secrets of Fashion Week" Friday, September 13that 8:00pm ET/PT on E!
