200th Episode Will Air Later This Season

Sept. 30, 2013 - Paget Brewster will return to CRIMINAL MINDS as Emily Prentiss for its 200th episode. The milestone episode will air later this season on the CBS Television Network.

"Our 200th episode is going to be a special show," said Executive Producer/Showrunner Erica Messer. "We can't imagine telling this story without Paget being present."

In the episode, glimpses into the past shed light onto what happened to JJ Jareau (A.J. Cook) during her year away from the BAU, and will also prove valuable in the team's efforts to solve a present day case. Joe Mantegna, Thomas Gibson, Shemar Moore, Matthew Gray Gubler, Kirsten Vangsness and Jeanne Tripplehorn also star. Brewster starred for six seasons on CRIMINAL MINDS. Her final episode aired May 16, 2012.
