DISCOVERY FIT & HEALTH BRINGS IT HOME WITH TWO ALL-NEW SERIES THURSDAYS IN NOVEMBER

- URBAN SUBURBAN and RENO VS RELOCATE air Thursdays in November beginning November 7 -

(Silver Spring, MD) - With so many options in the housing market, choosing where you want to live can be a really big decision. Should you rent or buy? Live in the city or outside of town? Remodel your current space or scrap it and start anew? In Discovery Fit & Health's two new series, several of these questions get answered for families on the hunt for their dream home. With the help of competing brother and sister realtors Phil DuMoulin and Sarah Daniels, couples determine whether they want to buy a home in the city or the suburbs in URBAN SUBURBAN premiering Thursday, November 7 at 9 & 9:30 PM (ET/PT). Then, designer Robin Lewis and expert realtor Vanessa Roman contend to convince homeowners to modernize their homes or move in RENO VS RELOCATE premiering at 10 & 10:30 PM (ET/PT) on Discovery Fit & Health.

Determined to find families not just the perfect home, but also the perfect neighborhood, brother and sister realtors Phil DuMoulin and Sarah Daniels have very different ideas about what that means in the all-new series URBAN SUBURBAN. Sarah proves that the suburbs aren't all cookie cutter houses and strip malls, while Phil demonstrates that buying downtown doesn't automatically mean a huge mortgage and limited space. The 13-episode series follows families as they make the stressful decision of where they want to ultimately settle down: the city or the suburbs.

Pitting property against renovation, homeowners must tackle the expensive and nerve-wracking question of whether to remodel their existing houses or sell in RENO VS RELOCATE. Interior designer Robin Lewis attempts to persuade homeowners to stay in the current spaces by using state-of-the-art graphics to simulate their dream renovation, while expert realtor Vanessa Roman tries to convince them to move by showing a property that perfectly matches their wish list and budget. Once they've made the ultimate decision, hosts and homeowners get to work embarking on a major renovation or continuing the hunt for the ideal property.

Whether mastering the mission of home improvement or conquering the business of buying a new house, Discovery Fit & Health highlights the importance of making such life-changing decisions in its two newest series. An integral chapter in the life story of every family, buying a house and settling down can be a transformative experience for health, lifestyle and home.

URBAN SUBURBAN is produced by Force Four Entertainment.

RENO VS RELOCATE is produced by Mandolin Media.
