REELZCHANNEL SIGNS OUTPUT DEAL WITH ASYLUM ENTERTAINMENT

Asylum to Produce 50 Hours of Programming in 2014

(Albuquerque, NM) Wednesday, October 23, 2013 - ReelzChannel today announced that it has signed an output deal with Asylum Entertainment to produce 50 hours of unscripted programming for the network in 2014. The hours will be distributed over 10 series. The deal represents an extension of the network's relationship with Asylum that began in 2011 with the acquisition of The Kennedys miniseries and a subsequent development deal that has yielded a slate of Asylum-produced unscripted programming for the network including Beverly Hills Pawn, The Capones, and Hollywood Hillbillies.

"Asylum is one of the great TV production companies and, especially as an independent network, we are lucky to have such committed partners as Jonathan Koch and Steve Michaels," said Stan E. Hubbard, CEO of ReelzChannel. "REELZ's viewers, distributors and sponsors will be the beneficiaries with an immense amount of truly original programming coming to our network."

"Asylum Entertainment has been an integral part of REELZ, first with an award-winning miniseries that propelled the network to new heights and with our first unscripted docuseries, Beverly Hills Pawn, that quickly became a viewer favorite," said Steve Cheskin, SVP of Programming at REELZ.

"REELZ has proven that they are absolutely committed to presenting great original programming for their audience and distributors. We are honored to be a part of that initiative in such a significant way," said Jonathan Koch, President and Chief Creative Officer of Asylum Entertainment.
