Los Angeles, November 1, 2013 - The British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles(R) (BAFTA Los Angeles) has announced the lineup of A-list presenters for the 2013 BAFTA Los Angeles Jaguar Britannia Awards, on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. For the second year in a row, the awards will be broadcast on BBC AMERICA, airing in primetime November 10 at 9:00pm ET as a two-hour special including footage of the Britannia Awards Red Carpet.

BAFTA Los Angeles will honor Sir Ben Kingsley with the "Albert R. Broccoli Britannia Award for Worldwide Contribution to Entertainment," presented to him by Academy Award nominated and BAFTA winning actress Sigourney Weaver; George Clooney with the "Stanley Kubrick Britannia Award for Excellence in Film," presented to him by Academy Award winning actress Julia Roberts; Kathryn Bigelow with the "John Schlesinger Britannia Award for Excellence in Directing," presented to her by Academy Award nominated and BAFTA winning actor Ralph Fiennes and BAFTA Award nominated actress Jennifer Ehle; Idris Elba with the "Britannia Humanitarian Award," presented to him by Academy Award winning actor Sean Penn; Sacha Baron Cohen with the "Charlie Chaplin Britannia Award for Excellence in Comedy," presented to him by Golden Globe nominated writer/producer/director Judd Apatow; and Benedict Cumberbatch with the "Britannia Award for British Artist of the Year Presented by the GREAT Britain Campaign," presented to him by Golden Globe and BAFTA nominated actor Chiwetel Ejiofor, and friend and co-star Alice Eve. The ceremony will be hosted this year by award winning British actor and comedian, Rob Brydon.

The Britannia Awards are BAFTA Los Angeles' highest accolade; a celebration of excellence honoring individuals who have dedicated their careers to advancing the art forms of the moving image. The presenters chosen for this and every Britannia Awards hold a special meaning for every honoree, giving the ceremony a distinctive sense of intimacy, sincerity and friendship.
