CHEF CURTIS STONE IS OFFICIALLY NAMED REGULAR GUEST CO-HOST OF ABC'S "THE CHEW"

Chef Curtis Stone has been named regular guest co-host of ABC's "The Chew," it was announced today by executive producer Gordon Elliott. Stone, who has been a frequent guest on the show, will make his official debut in his new capacity beginning Tuesday November 12 through Friday, November 15. As a regular guest co-host of the daytime food and lifestyle show, Stone will appear in studio on a semi-regular basis to fill in when one of the five regular co-hosts of the show are off. Stone will serve as "The Chew's" go-to chef sitting alongside Mario Batali, Michael Symon, Carla Hall, Clinton Kelly and Daphne Oz.

"We are thrilled to announce the addition of Curtis to 'The Chew' family," said executive producer Gordon Elliott. "Curtis brings our viewers a wealth of knowledge about food, cooking and pop culture. He's demonstrated his chemistry with our viewers and co-hosts countless times during his past visits. Not only that, the ladies loves him!"

"I couldn't be more excited to kick off my partnership with 'The Chew,'" said Curtis Stone. "It's my daytime TV staple, and I turn it on or catch up online whenever I get the chance. All of the hosts are an absolute delight to work with and bring a good combination of food philosophies, ideas and experience to the table. They each love food and cooking just as much as I do, so I'm looking forward to getting my hands dirty on set to demo my very latest and greatest dishes."
