"LIVE with Kelly and Michael Cozy Christmas" Special Airs on Christmas Eve

NEW YORK, NY - December 6, 2013 - The holiday season is in full swing, and top morning talk show "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is getting into the spirit with three weeks of programming filled with festive theme weeks, top celebrities and the show's annual Christmas Eve special.

The week of December 9-13 marks the return of "LIVE's Holiday Gift Guide," a week-long series dedicated to great gift suggestions for almost every type of person, in every price range. The week begins with Lucky magazine editor-in-chief Eva Chen with ideas for women, followed by a visit from The Toy Guy Chris Byrne with this year's hottest toys. Later in the week, Katie Brown will showcase great do-it-yourself gifts that viewers can make at home, Teen Vogue editor-in-chief Amy Astley brings along great ideas for teens, and tech columnist David Pogue features the latest tech gadgets.

There's nothing like a delicious holiday meal, and during the week of December 16-20 some of today's most renowned chefs demonstrate their own personal holiday favorites - the dishes they make at home for their own families - for "All-Star Chef's Holiday Home Cooking" week. Each day a different chef will share a delectable recipe, including world-famous chef JEAN-GEORGES VONGERICHTEN, French chef DANIEL BOULUD, Food Network's "The Next Iron Chef" winner MARC FORGIONE, restaurateur ANDREW CARMELLINI, and chef and author ALFRED PORTALE.

In addition, "LIVE's" celebration culminates on Christmas Eve, December 24, when the hosts present "LIVE with Kelly and Michael Cozy Christmas." The "LIVE" set will be transformed into a winter wonderland for an hour of holiday cheer, including a visit from "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty" star BEN STILLER. In addition, kids will be thrilled to see a special performance by the cast of "Disney on Ice: Let's Celebrate," and triple Platinum recording artists and progressive rock band TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA performs a holiday favorite for the "LIVE" audience. And, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael Cozy Christmas" wouldn't be complete without an appearance from the jolly old elf himself, Santa Claus, before his busy night begins.

Throughout December, "LIVE" will continue to feature interviews with top Hollywood celebrities, including two-time Academy Award(R) winner EMMA THOMPSON, four-time Oscar(R)-nominated actress AMY ADAMS, "The Wolf of Wall Street" star JONAH HILL, and Golden Globe winner JOHN GOODMAN. Plus, the hosts chat with cast members from the highly-anticipated film "Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues": WILL FERRELL, Golden Globe winner STEVE CARELL, CHRISTINA APPLEGATE and PAUL RUDD. In addition, Oscar-nominated actors JEREMY RENNER and BRADLEY COOPER speak about the film "American Hustle," and "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" star LENNY KRAVITZ stops by.
