PASADENA, CA (JANUARY 10, 2014) - MTV announced today the premiere dates for the season four special one hour return of "Awkward," on Tuesday, April 15th at 10PM ET/PT and the season premiere date of the highly anticipated coming-of-age comedy series from Carter Covington, "Faking It" on Tuesday, April 22nd at 10:30PM ET/PT. This will put the two comedies back to back on Tuesday's nights moving forward. Additionally, "House of Food," a one hour cooking competition reality series will premiere Monday, March 31st at 10PM ET/PT.

"Awkward" season four returns with new showrunners Chris Alberghini and Mike Chessler. This season promises even more complications for Jenna as a senior. She endures more boy trouble, drama with her friends, a new girl in town who has eyes for Matty and even some cat fishing.

"Faking It" is a comedy that revolves around two best friends who will do almost anything to fit in and be popular in high school, including pretending to be something they are not. Cast includes: Katie Stevens as "Karma," Rita Volk as "Amy," Michael Willett as "Shane," Gregg Sulkin as "Liam" and Bailey Buntain as "Lauren" and is created and executive produced by Carter Covington.

"Faking It" is slated to air globally on MTV's channels around the world beginning with its U.S. debut on April 22, 2014. Each episode of "Faking It" will air across MTV's international channels beginning in June 2014 (check local listings).

"House of Food" is a drama-infused take on food TV where a group of young aspiring chefs with no formal culinary training are put to the ultimate challenge. "House of Food" is a one hour, weekly docu-series that combines the exciting real-life competitive elements of culinary school, with the dramatic setting of a house reality show. The students have been chosen for their passion for cooking and food culture, and their backgrounds are as varied as their personalities. With three of the country's best chefs as their teachers and the city of Los Angeles as their classroom, this determined group will live and learn together but only one will win an apprenticeship of a lifetime. Chefs include: Brooke Williamson, Brendan Collins, Casey Lane; Student Mentor and Chef Chris Nirschel; Contestants: Brian Kho, Suki Secka, Amanda Shaw, Harrison Bader, Will Anderson, Jake Weber, Lorena Bolanos and Gillian Espinosa and is executive produced by Mike Duffy and Jenny Daly.

"House of Food" is slated to air globally on MTV's channels around the world beginning with its U.S. debut on March 31, 2014. Each episode of "House of Food" will air across MTV's international channels beginning in May 2014 (check local listings).

Additionally, the highly anticipated second half of "Teen Wolf" season three returned as Monday's #1 original cable series. The most watched telecast in the series' history, the episode drew-in a record 2.43 million total viewers. Socially, according to SocialGuide, Teen Wolf episodes took up all ten spots on the 10 most social shows of 1/6, beating out "The Bachelor," "Monday Night Raw," "Single Ladies," and "Love & Hip Hop" (not including sports).

Immediately following last night's "Teen Wolf" episode, MTV debuted "Wolf Watch," a new half-hour talk show hosted by Jill Wagner who plays "Kate Argent" in "Teen Wolf," which held over 60 percent of its lead-in, with a 1.4 P12-34 rating.

The announcements were among those made today by Susanne Daniels, President of MTV Programming, during the network's presentation at the Winter 2014 Television Critics Association Press Tour.
