BRAVO MEDIA'S "WATCH WHAT HAPPENS LIVE" RETURNS TO THE 21st ANNUAL SXSW(R) INTERACTIVE FESTIVAL IN AUSTIN, TEXAS

NEW YORK - January 16, 2014 -Bravo Media heads back to the Lone Star State as "Watch What Happens Live," hosted by Andy Cohen, returns to the 21st Annual SXSW(R) Interactive Festival. The only live, interactive show in late-night goes to Austin, Texas for a second year for five shows beginning the week of March 9th. After bringing the clubhouse on the road to SXSW(R) for the first time last year, Bravo's late-night, interactive talk show welcomed Sarah Silverman, Ian Somerhalder, Gillian Jacobs, and Nev Schulman. More information about "Watch What Happens Live" at SXSW(R) will be coming soon to www.Bravotv.com.

"It felt so perfect last year for the most interactive show in late night to do a week of shows at SXSW(R) that we had to do it again," Cohen said. "We love Austin and can't wait to return. Texas Forever!"

One of late night's most buzz worthy talk shows, "Watch What Happens Live," is a program with deep digital roots having initially launched as a web series in 2007. Since then, it has evolved into a multi-night, on-air success, which boasts one of late night's most digitally engaged audiences in cable. Each night, Cohen (@Andy) and his celebrity guests receive thousands of tweets via Twitter.

Tune-in to tonight's "Watch What Happens Live" at 11:00pm ET/PT with guests Queen Latifah and Cuba Gooding Jr.
