NEW YORK, January 29, 2014 - These two talented broads, Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer, who have been described as "passionate, funny and sometimes raunchy" by The New York Times, are hitting the road with the Broad City Live Tour. The pair's dynamic relationship, combined with their impeccable comedic timing and chemistry, has earned Jacobson and Glazer praise from The Wall Street Journal, Time Out NY, Entertainment Weekly and AV Club, among others. Tickets for Broad City Live Tour will go on sale this Friday, January 31 at noon. (local time) with tour info and links to purchase tickets available at http://www.cc.com/comedy-tours and www.axs.com. The Broad City Live Tour is produced by AEG Live and kicks off on Tuesday, March 4 in Cambridge, MA at The Sinclair and travels nationally to 18 cities (full tour schedule enclosed).

"Broad City" is a weekly, half-hour scripted series featuring Upright Citizens Brigade alums Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer airing Wednesdays at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT on Comedy Central. The series is an odd couple comedy about two best friends navigating their twenties in New York City whose adventures always lead down unexpected and outlandish paths. They're broke, flawed and don't shy away from the sticky situations NYC throws at them -- they dive right into the muck. But no matter how bad it gets, these young broads are always down with whatever hits them.

Joining Jacobson and Glazer as series regulars are Hannibal Buress, Arturo Castro, Paul Downs, John Gemberling, Chris Gethard and Stephen Schneider. The ten-episode first season is executive produced by Amy Poehler, 3 Arts' Dave Becky, Sam Saifer, and Jacobson and Glazer. Tony Hernandez ("Louie") and Eric Slovin serve as Co-Executive Producers. Brooke Posch is the Executive in Charge of Production for Comedy Central.
