DEBI MAZAR AND GABRIELE CORCOS SHARE FOOD, WITH SOME GOOD TIMES, AND A LITTLE BIT OF "EXTRA VIRGIN"

Season Premiere Wednesday, April 2nd at 8:00pm ET/5:00pm PT on Cooking Channel

NEW YORK - February 26, 2014 - The First Family of Cooking Channel, actress Debi Mazar and Gabriele Corcos, return for the fourth season of Extra Virgin, premiering Wednesday, April 2nd at 8:00pm ET/5:00pm PT on Cooking Channel. Join Debi and Gabriele through 13 episodes as they share their home life with viewers. Whether it's exploring their neighborhood of Brooklyn, taking family trips to upstate New York, or visiting Gabriele's home in Tuscany for a taste of the simple life, Debi and Gabriele experience all life has to offer, with a little bit of family, friends and food along the way!

"We are excited for Debi and Gabriele as they continue to share their family adventures with Cooking Channel viewers," said Michael Smith, General Manager and Senior Vice President, Cooking Channel. "Their down-to-earth, yet elegant style, make their show a delicious treat for anyone that loves cooking, travel and family."

In the season premiere, Debi and Gabriele are determined to do a New York City weekend on the cheap, as raising a family in an expensive city is not easy. They start with a quick recipe of Frittata di Spaghetti, followed by a family bike ride to a local sweet shop and trip over the Brooklyn Bridge, before heading back home to cook up a deliciously inexpensive meal of Fettuccini Brodo di Pollo and Pork and Cabbage Involtini. You would never know this meal costs less than $15!

For fans who want to learn more about the Tuscan life, on May 6th Debi and Gabriele share their passion for Tuscan food with home cooks everywhere, in their first cookbook Extra Virgin: Recipes & Love from Our Tuscan Kitchen, from Clarkson Potter. From their charming Brooklyn home to their beautiful villa in Fiesole, Extra Virgin brings Tuscany to readers by way of funny, sexy, and sassy stories, served up alongside 120 mouthwatering recipes that are destined to become family favorites.

Debi Mazar is an acclaimed actress who made her feature film debut in Martin Scorsese's Goodfellas. A native New Yorker, she is best known for her outstanding portrayals of edgy, sharp-tongued characters on film, television and stage. Her extensive onscreen work includes films with legendary directors Woody Allen, Michael Mann, Oliver Stone and Joel Schumacher. She also starred in her own television sitcom Temporarily Yours and was known for her role as hard-charging publicist 'Shauna' on the HBO series Entourage. She has always been interested in cooking and well-known among her friends for her fabulous dinner parties. Since marrying Gabriele and becoming a mother to her two daughters, Debi's passion for food and cooking has grown even further.

Born in Florence, Italy, Gabriele Corcos was raised in the Olive Country of Fiesole. His grandmother and mother taught him everything he knows about Tuscan food and traditional farmers' cuisine. Gabriele has an insatiable fascination with food, a love for organic ingredients, and foremost a determination to feed his wife and children in the healthiest and most natural way he knows...the Tuscan Way. After a few years spent in L.A. catering high-end events and cooking for many celebrities and clients in the entertainment industry, Gabriele and Debi moved to Brooklyn, New York, to raise their children.
