Burbank, CA (March 24, 2014) - "Switched at Birth" cast and series creator/Executive Producer Lizzy Weiss will live tweet with fans during the East Coast broadcast of the award-winning series Spring finale tonight on ABC Family.

The chat will take place during the East Coast feed of "Switched at Birth," airing on Monday, March 24, 8:00PM - 9:00PM ET/5:00PM - 6:00PM PT. Fans should tweet the cast and Executive Producer to ask their questions and include the hashtag #SwitchedAtBirthChat in their tweets.

In the episode titled "Love Seduces Innocence, Pleasure Entraps, and Remorse Follows," Bay sets out to find out the real story behind Emmett's girlfriend. Meanwhile, Kathryn is shocked to discover that her book has been leaked ahead of publication.
